The CSF for a city is chosen by the Team members of all Teams represented in a city. A chosen SPEAKER represents each of the Teams. The CITY might delegate responsibility to a COMMUNITY SUPPORT FUND, which is then responsible for using funds in a local community, reporting to the CitySF.
All SPEAKERS of the Teams of the total country choose the CSF for the Country. If the country is large, and there are many Teams, it might be decided that there is a division into Regions/States.
Each supplier of goods or services who sells their future production to NEW CHANCES receives 200% of the value of the products in their MySPURT account. Each referrer of those suppliers is earning 10% of the 200%. Both support the city and country automatically by adding SPURT to the account of the CSF of the city and the country. The city will receive 20% and the country will receive 5%.
CSF are people with knowledge of doing business and economics. They control the funds of the community, city, or country. They can provide funds to a starting business or start humanitarian projects. CSF members cannot have a family relationship or be involved in the same industry.
CSF consists of 7 people. For each decision, there needs to be a vote. Five of the 7 people need to agree on a certain decision. If there is any doubt or insecurity, CSF asks advice from the Sound Prosperity Country Organization.
CSF has the responsibility to work with the funds of CSF. They are NOT responsible for the finances of each of the Teams, since it is your OWN business, it is your OWN responsibility.
CSF can seek advice from BAM and KAM.

2. Find or present a community, city, or country business that can be offered to NEW CHANCES to earn SPURT.
3. To provide SPURT to starting Businesses.
4. To explain and use what SPURT and Sound Prosperity offer.
5. To start humanitarian projects in the city or country.
6. Connect to banks if needed.
